My LiLA Now

My LiLA Now, is an innovative lifelong learning accounts pilot program for the Kansas City Bi-State Region. It initially targets three industry sectors; advanced manufacturing, biotechnology, and healthcare. These high growth industries offer, high value, high demand, high paying jobs to the region’s workforce and at the same time, builds a stronger regional economy. My LiLA Now is one of several initiatives under OneKC WIRED (Workforce Innovation in Regional Economic Development) funded by the U.S. Department of Labor – Employment and Training Administration.
