Donna Bradley-Criss is a Regional Career Advisor for the Workforce Partnership's Wyandotte Center. She has over twenty years of experience working in the public and private sectors assisting with case management of youth, training, and facilitation. Donna enjoys encouraging and enriching the lives of others through education, and inspiring individuals to achieve their maximum potential. It is her goal to help career seekers identify opportunities, create and participate in positive learning experiences, and serve as a guide to provide customers with tools and techniques that can be used for a lifetime. She is an active member of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP).

Roger W. Wilcoxen

Roger W. Wilcoxen is a Regional Career Advisor stationed in Workforce Partnership's Johnson County Workforce Center. Roger has over six years experience in career development and counseling helping to provide career guidance to a group of diverse individuals to include those with disabilities, youth and military veterans. Roger possesses a Master's in Counseling Psychology, and has published articles with the American Counseling Association that have been applied in several community outreach initiatives. He is a member of the National Career Development Association, the American Counseling Association, and the Kansas Association of Masters' of Psychology. Roger looks forward to helping individuals establish and accomplish career goals that propel them onward and upward.
