Mission

The mission of My LiLA Now is to provide financial means and career guidance for employees to access education and training to achieve their individual career potential while meeting the workforce needs of their employer.  We will assist in ensuring that Kansas City’s workforce achieves its potential by:
 • providing professional career advising
 • creating LiLA partnerships between the employer, employee, and in some cases third party funders
 • collaborating with our partners.
